At
the time of booking accommodation a deposit is required.
•
Once we have received your booking request with copy of deposit,
we put an option on your favourite flat.
•
The option lasts for maximum three days, if you will not carry out
the payment of the account within this period of time, the booking
will not be confirmed and will automatically decay.

When
we receive the deposit, we will send a confirm and voucher.
•
If you cancel your booking at least 3 weeks before the date of your arrival
, the deposit will be refunded by 50%.
•
If you cancel your booking later than 3 weeks before the date of your
arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
•
In case the apartment is not available on the date of your arrival ( because
of sudden or serious damages)
we will provide you with an other apartment of equal value.

All
payments must be in Euro.

We
accept deposit or fee payments via Western Union (using cash), or
Bank transfer (paying the fees).
We'll provide instructions on these options when you are ready to
book.

The
balance is due on arrival at the location (in cash).

For the arrival after 21.00 there will be applied
one additional cost of Euro 20.
-
For the arrival after 24.00 there
will be applied one additional cost of Euro 40.
