This beautiful bright apartment (about 85 sqm) is situated in the Renaissance era building which was once a convent. It’s located on Colle Oppio where in the roman times emperor Titus had his roman bath.

This large apartment is divided on two floors:

Entering the apartment you will find yourself on
the ground floor that is composed of:

a large living room with a kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and an oven;

the dining area has a big gorgeous table seating 8 people, dating back to the 1800, two couches that can sleep 2 people, and two big windows.

a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom containing a bathtub.

The fisrt floor is:

an open space with a double bed, complete with closet and a seating-area that can be turned into two single beds;
